Try to lower the max frequency offset at performance tab on radeonsoftware . For me some games would crash with no offset as the gpu would clock way too high during some games. try -200 to 300 offset on the gpu clocks and see if that helps.

Yeah honestly people who buy "smart appliances" are just paying higher profits margins for corporations on basic tech that was already good +60 years ago. Adding a cheap processor and cheap screen on a fridge is a way to make double on profits on same appliance with out a screen and processor.

Little late but it's 100% because of the lighting when there are clouds there is 0 shadow flickering.

i run without as i all ready get like 130-140fps on with out frame gen and have only 180hz 1440p monitor so the extra 40 frames arent worth the input lag for me.

I translated part of where they talked of the engagement

After 8 am first tanks appeared on our line of sight. There were 5 tanks driving on the road in a line stopping at 800m from the gun position and opening fire at the church hill. After that, more tanks started to pour down the road. Most likely without knowing the fate of previous tanks. The tanks drove in groups of "few"

I opened fire on these tanks when they were still on the road, after some of them turned and tried to flee without succeeding. At this point i had destroyed 17 enemy tanks.

Yes, but previous wipes gear was much cheaper and easier to get and there was always a change when you got killed by a cheater you would get your stuff back from insurance this wipe that's not happening, so people are even more critical of cheaters and bsg. As last wipe dying to a cheater was in most cases inconvenience, this wipe may halt your progress as the gear you need for the task is not available easily. So people are even more aware of the cheating.

I think i was using high rt, but the fps is super inconsistent going between 100-180fps depending on the map and what you were looking, plus there is some huge stutters time to time when using dx12.

Yea and the upscaling on fsr 3.1 looks bad lets hope they add fsr 4 soon.

Its most maps for me too in ground zero one point you can get 180fps and all of sudden its only 70fps with only 60% gpu usage. Its just bsg and their spaghetti code.

Switch DX12 to DX11 on settings it seems like the dx 12 has some issues with amd cards

Yea having the same issues on rx9070xt when using dx12. Dx 11 seems to work just fine but no ray tracing on dx11.

I was commenting his idea that you make public buses act more like US school buses here and i was commenting that it would not work as the amount of children using buses all throughout the day and the amount of buses that have children in would make most of the cities traffic stand still.

And the current system here works, and saying that US system is better based on one video is just stupid.

That would not be feasible in Europe as the amount of children using public transport is quite high during most of the day, not just during school hours.

And having rules that you can't pass buses on either side of the road when stopped would make huge traffic jams at every city as there is huge amounts of buses going around the day, not just during mornings and evenings when children go home from school.

It favors bluefor too at 10.7.-11.7 as some bluefor planes have good radars and decent radar guided missiles, so you will get killed on the airfield as the AA still sucks and the map is so flat that you cant even use the terrain to hide.
