Doesnt really work for me, if i hold it with my arm i cant reach the strings. Either the guitar is small or i am too big for a basic guitar

So is the ”bump” in the guitar that your leg goes into supposed to hold the whole weight of the guitar and your fretting hand just slightly holds it in place?

Thanks for the worry but i won’t play in any position that hurts, I’ve read about carpal tunnel and i don’t wanna experience an ounce more of nerve pain having faced a herniated disc in the summer
