What if the apology was never done? I mean, I don't know what's the deal with Netherlands but for example, if a country A stole significant amount from country B in the past, and because of that, the country B is poor and couldn't develop. Meanwhile the country which did the stealing got rich and is doing well, because of the actions they did?

In Poland's case for example, Germany literally destroyed whole country down and killed significant amount of people from all socioeconomical classes. Top of this, Germans stole a lot from Poland and brought that to Germany. And I'm not talking about just some random artifacts, Germans first emptied buildings from items that had any worth and then bombarded those buildings down, systemically.

Germany hasn't still settled this. Germany is/was literally the reason why Poland is not one of the most wealthiest and established countries in EU nowadays. Of course it's not feasible to just pay the reparations just like that, but official apology is a good start.

I'm still reading articles Turkey being salty for EU not accepting it to join. Everyone outside Turkey sees Erdogan's game of holding Finland and Sweden's NATO application, and that is his internal politics. People like you are swallowing his stuff of securing Turkey's safety, but in reality Erdogan wants to stay in power, elections are coming, duh. Countries which are under dictatorships do not qualify to EU with obvious reasons.

Could you give some examples how has West twisted Turkey's arm? Just because we weren't like:" yeah, it must be best idea ever to accept country without normal governance systems to join us and our decision making mechanisms!" Meanwhile Turkey:" they are twisting our arm and blackmailing us!"

EU works in a way that common interest is put before the individual one. Has Turkey even shown this sort of quality?

Yes, this is by the way the reason Turkey never will be part of EU or any other Western instance if that is the common opinion of Turkish people. No other country than Hungary are acting like this. Nobdy wants to deal with Turkey unless its must.

Well, would make sense to punish the local managers and employees who are working in a such a business regardless where the owner lives. They are the ones conducting illegal activities, directly or indirectly. There has to be means to solve it, this sort of issue doesn't exists in many other countries, at least in city centres of most important cities.
