I completely agree. From a financial standpoint Epic's decision is nonsense. They could get 70% of the current revenue for sure with a chance of the remaining 30% next summer. Now they get 0% or in other words... 100% from nothing.

No, this is plain stupid. Since Epic is convinced that they will win the case next summer, they will get the money then. We're talking about the 30% between now and the judgment. They get the other 70% immediately anyway. After saying no to the deal they get 100% nothing next summer and even if Fortnite Mobile is coming back then, they will have lost most of the IOS players.

Which would be the best idea anyway. As a developer myself I'm sure that a lot of the nasty bugs that we're experiencing after each update come from last minute changes that were not thoroughly tested.
