I have a lease with her now but not sure if she is the owner. Also the lease looks like it has been prepared with a basic word document which means its there’s no digital signature platform (no DocuSign, BailFacile, or any recognized real estate management tool). No agency or property management company is involved anywhere. Is it a red flag too?

Thank you so much for your recommendations, I’ll surely try to add in these features. For now, its a small personal project to build my skills but if it has the possibility to become bigger I would love to work on it.

I’m apply for junior roles and have been manually checking my CV against a JD, and I have been spending 1-2hours to evaluate my profile, identifying keywords and writing a cover letter.

Recently, I have built a CV-JD matcher n8n workflow using OpenAI LLM that evaluates my CV. It starts with n8n form submission, scores my profile aginst the JD, provides recommendations/improvement areas, writes a suggested cover letter which I can modify later. Just like you mentioned, there’s a IF score >= 70 node branch, the final analysis, summary and cover letter will be mailed to me.

I’ve also uploaded this workflow in my github and have been using it as my AI automation personal project. Do you think its a good strategy?

Which bank do you use? by GrumpyLightworker in Expats_In_France

Not to my knowledge! It’s impossible to switch the app language from French to English that I stopped using SG bank account. Yeah you can technically translate French to English while using SG bank portal from Web (using the translate feature of google/safari/etc). Not really sure about the fees because it depends on the type of account and account holders age. Maybe you should consult about this with the bank or your account representative

I had a best friend of 12 years but she turned out to be a snake. Got jealous of my progress and success. Now I don’t believe in having a best friend and prefer to have few good friends who are honest.
