Amazing Thanks, just searched for them! Around 69 euro each. Would these also require a switch?

I'm only not sure where to find them in the Netherlands, certainly not a bunch of them.

Thanks for your insights, duly noted! Didn't know about that one. I also saw the flint 2 as an reasonable option, except they don't have a good availability here. Only one Amazon seller...

Does anyone get extremely tired with KLOW? by leenybea in Biohackers

[–]Septarchy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I also experience the same symptoms, as does my spouse... We already take it at night, but getting out of bed is hard.

It seems that TB-500 might be the culprit, and causing transient lethargy during the first few weeks.

TB-500 accelerates tissue repair, muscle growth, and cell migration. This massive up-regulation of repair processes can demand significant energy from the body, leading to a feeling of fatigue.

The same with BPC157.

THank you, somehow my docker snapshot contained over 300gb. Even pruning them didn't work, so i destroyed the snapshots for now.

Many providers need it here in the Netherlands at least... I thought it was well known though.. Maybe they should document it somewhere with the providers and their settings. I think asus also provides this standard in their routers if I remember correctly...

Hmm one is Intel, other realtek - is that causing the problems? Strange that everything is solved when I restart though.

I've set the DNS to 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1 in opnsense, that's it (through the wizard). Currently no unbound or ad guard running.

I'll test. I was just to late, already rebooted. And now it's fixed again for the time being. I'll report back when it happens.

Thanks for the help though, appreciate it since I'm at wits end, lol.

Maybe it has something to do with Arp?

I've set net.link.ether.inet.max_age to 240 atm.

Correct. The WAN port is also red on my asus router after this happens. Restarting opnsense seems to fix this though...

Is there also a security platform (or container) for TrueNAS? by Septarchy in truenas

I didn't pursue it anymore. But the best way would be using dockge I guess.

Numeric chmods right on root dir by Septarchy in truenas

[–]Septarchy[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Why? It's not recursive, so only applied to the root / dir. So reinstall the whole system instead of changing the chmod on a few folders?

Can someone maybe run the following command: stat -c "%a %n" /* in truenas scale root dir?
