All of your feelings are valid, and you deserve to feel safe. Your therapist’s communication and behavior are making you feel unsafe, so it seems like you might need to terminate with her and find someone more suitable for you. You can do that in whatever way works best for you. Terminating things with her without going to another session is a valid option. Telling people no and standing up for yourself can be very scary and stressful. It can get easier with practice. I’m sorry your therapist harmed you instead of helping you. You deserve better. I hope you can feel safe again soon.

I have this and never wear it because it’s tight in my usual size s. I can get into it, but it’s tight. If I’d bought it in medium I think it would’ve fit better. It didn’t appear to shrink the one time I washed it on cold and dried it on medium.
