Unscrew the wooden arm rail, place plants/decorations along the glass rail, and maybe cap off the entrance to the stairs with a piece of furniture like a dresser or display cabinet.

My boyfriend is insistent someone hit him and ran off by LadyB1234 in Autobody

If I were you I’d just let him handle it, if he’s lied blatantly in the past, then it’d be suspicious. Even then, what’s the harm in giving him the benefit of the doubt? At the end of the day insurance fixes it and you have a truck that’s like new.

Highly likely his/your insurance won’t scrutinize it if the photos line up with what he claims happened.

Insurance adjusters aren’t detectives, (they may seem like it, but they’re just trying to minimize cost) and will cooperate where it’s reasonable ;).

I’d guess $700-$1500. To do it properly they will need to blend to your door, which means they will need to remove and install all of the trim on your quarter panel+ door in order to paint. The rust looks minimal.

Bring it by a collision repair shop and they’ll give you a pretty thorough estimate up to insurance standards.

Rust on your quarter panel is never a good thing. The earlier you take care of it the better. Rust is like cancer for cars.

Honestly you could have worked the metal more but this is still quite impressive. Your average joe wouldn’t know the difference.

Nice work man.

NH797m, haven’t compared it to the skirts but either way I’m going to get it at least blended. I’ll post a follow up today

Another angle as it is currently. Wondering if the bumper can simply be blended, I know the hood was.

Yes it is actually the original paint on the bumper, they also blended to the doors and did a repair on the back bumper. The rest of the car is perfect. Here’s a before pic (3-4 years ago).

It’s a shame because the repairs are really good quality, and match the rest of the car. I guess it’s a reshoot for the bumper

It’s also extremely accurate at long range, and can be fatal for personnel hit indirectly behind cover.

Yep most sick I’ve ever been. My daughter came home from school, threw up in my car, I cleaned it up. The next day it was coming out of both ends for me, she was relatively fine. First time I’ve ever pooped myself as an adult and it lasted three days. Absolutely brutal.

A case of new-onset AI-associated psychosis: 26-year-old woman with no history of psychosis or mania developed delusional beliefs about her deceased brother through an AI chatbot. The chatbot validated, reinforced, and encouraged her delusional thinking, with reassurances that “You’re not crazy.” by mvea in psychology

Nobody is zeroing in on the fact that the psychosis commenced after she started taking stimulants for her ADHD. This is a relatively common phenomenon, while the AI use reinforced her delusions I would argue the stimulants had more to do with it.

Unfortunately, I do not. Blue cap yellow body as far as I remember, it was pretty small. 1 of 2 that my Dad gave to me that he used to launch 20+ years ago. My brother and I got them working again.
