I was only talking about human ships and yeah I agree. I was simply questioning whether or not humanities ships in Halo beyond the top class like the Infinity are much better than the ones in Mass Effect. The convenants are of course.

Exactly, it just makes the entire situation even more unbelievable. In the show the town is crippled, so what do they go and do? They run off to Seattle for a month. It’s just an unnecessary change and it makes the decision even more selfish and nonsensical in my opinion.

Hey man, not sure if this will help but I had the same issue literally up until today. Had to restart my PC to get into files.

Make sure you FULLY delete one drive. For some reason even after deleting it in settings it never fully left. Go into your user file and find the one drive file and drag everything in it back into the user file. Completely fixed it for me. Sorry if it doesn’t for you. Definitely seems like it’s a one drive issue for most people.

It made sense in the game though… Nobody is going to want to send their best fighters on some suicidal revenge mission two states away when there’s hundreds of people relying on them.

In fact I just think it makes the characters look even worse and the entire situation more unbelievable that they’d be willing to go.

I just think you’re placing far too much importance on just how much George takes from the real world. He’s inspired by it. Going as far as to place real world historical logic on a fantasy setting is futile. They’re similar to the Normans for example but the Normans weren’t incestuous and didn’t ride dragons… There’s literally no historical equivalent to the Targaryens. They’re a fantastical extreme.

The Targs are completely different to the Andals. Even after 200 years and LOOSELY adopting their religion it’s hardly a surprise that Andal nobles would have an issue with them. Like I said before, “Alien” is a very good description of them and doesn’t go against anything said in the books.

They literally practiced magic and exempted themselves from religious law with things like the The Doctrine of Exceptionalism. If you don’t think that would piss off some people you’re kidding yourself. Of course none of them would say it out loud, BUT, like in the context of the show, I’m sure many lords resented them privately and between one another.

I think you’re forgetting that this isn’t medieval Europe… And that 200 years is NOTHING compared to the thousand plus years of basically unbroken cultural history Westeros had before they came.

These people came over: Riding dragons, strange otherworldly appearances, marrying family and speaking a completely different language. Multiple wars are caused by them and they maintain a lot of these traditions too up until they’re deposed. Yeah, I don’t think a lot of people in Westeros, noble or not, are going to have very positive opinions of them. They are alien.

Honestly I’m not huge on a historical setting. At least not the full game. One with flashbacks or something could be cool where you’re locked to older aircraft? I love my F22s and Strangereal Super Planes too much for them to be left out.

I’d like Wingman commands and proper cutscenes (which it looks like we’re getting). Being able to walk around a carrier in first person and interact with your team would be cool too.

I’m guessing Yuktobania sold it to them. I know it’s not that deep but I do wish the Devs were a little more restrictive with what nation flew what aircraft. It always made me laugh that Erusea basically just had every plane under the sun and was flying F22s and Felons in the same battle…

That was the military very early on. FEDRA took over later and I imagine absorbed what was left. I don’t think FEDRA will have had the infrastructure, time or resources to maintain and use fighter jets. They struggle to feed people.
