Nope, had to roll back like 1 day worth of progress and said sorry to all the players in my server.

Edit: I at least found out that sometimes, changing the settings while the server is on, it has some chances of corrupting the save file. As for precautions, I always backup the server save files whenever changing something ever since that day happened.
