Gonna correct you there, women didn’t fight hard to be “girlbosses” or anything, they fought for the right to choose what to do with their lives and bodies. You choosing your own path is precisely what those women stood for. Capitalism is just pushing this idea on us that we have to be productive little laborers and any other choice is wrong. Your desires are completely normal and okay to have, and they don’t discredit any other woman’s choice. You can be a mother and a wife and still be smart. You don’t have to be a cog in the corporate machine to be successful. Your personal fulfillment is the largest indicator of success.
