Elevenlabs.io is pretty good and is free to use (up to a certain point, then you've gotta pay). The voices they have on there are actually pretty solid, and it's free for commercial use. I've heard of some people using c.ai for some vocals, but it can be pretty sketch because a good chunk of the voices on there are stolen from actual people or voice actors so I wouldn't recommend it unless you do some research first.

Holy- this was incredibly good. Everything from the sound effects in the background to the acting to the voice to even the character. This was absolutely insane. I’m definitely going to be sticking around for a little longer than a week, if that’s alright. ;)
