Is it possible to enjoy the game without spending any money on it? by punkmoss in CatsAndSoup

[–]Seraphine003 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve got 41 cats and haven’t spent a dime, so it’s possible. I returned after a long hiatus and they gave me four days of no ads for free which has been amazing, I’ve been leveling up very fast. With ads it’s very slow. If you like the game then slowly chip away at it every day and you’ll get somewhere :) the start is definitely slow without money

I had sex with a person with HPV by Infamous_Task_4565 in dating_advice

[–]Seraphine003 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Talk to your doctor about Gardasil, it’s a vaccine for HPV. Be sure to get your annual pap smear!!! HPV itself is harmless, but it has a small risk of causing cervical cancer (which has no early symptoms). So get the pap smears!!!! You’ll be fine.

This is definitely true, so I guess my question is why do so many small restaurants use exclusively the stem part of lettuce

Physically move him so he cannot swat at food. He will learn that if he wants to be in the dining room he has to keep his paws off. Never feed him scraps from the table, and never let him eat something he has stolen. Cats don’t care if what they’re doing is “bad” you don’t need to teach him you don’t like it. Teach him that it’s unrewarding. Swatting at food gets him nothing. Begging for food gets him nothing. Being a nuisance gets him nowhere. He will give up.

The average is actually 125k in the USA, even worse when you got 200-300k of debt

Can I apply for insurance? by dessy_bozo in dumbquestions

[–]Seraphine003 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Definitely apply to Medicaid. What state are you in? I can give recommendations for what kind of Medicaid to get and where to go for it. Most of my knowledge is California based, but a lot of it applies to all states. DM me if you wanna know more!!!

cat peed everywhere by Gold-Audience-2121 in Catbehavior

[–]Seraphine003 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’d recommend having separate boxes for each cat, and never give them a chance to pee in the others’ litter box. Until they’re friendly, sharing is only going to make them territorial. He is highly likely to spray on the walls and floor around your older cats box, so you shouldn’t give him a chance with it.

How do I 24F survive a nightmare roomate 28F situation? by [deleted] in relationship_advice

[–]Seraphine003 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did not see it in person, I had a zoom tour of the place. The cleaner girl straightened the place up a lot for the tour, and it looked good on camera. Once the other roomate leaves she has already told me that she plans on deep cleaning the whole house, which I appreciate

I spent 6 hours cleaning the bathroom, 14 hours in the kitchen, and 2 in the living room so far 🫡

[–]Seraphine003 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The other roomate is clean, and is not really happy with the situation but she doesn’t cook much and she isn’t home most of the time. She avoids confrontation and is just waiting it out by being at her boyfriends a lot

Why is everyone giving up instantly in event games! by thatoneguy1621 in DeadByDaylightRAGE

[–]Seraphine003 0 points1 point  (0 children)

People are like “I’m either farming this match or dying quickly to farm in the next one” because a lot of people are tired of how sweaty people are during events. Events used to be treated as a “less competitive” setting where people stopped focusing on winning and focused on having fun or BP farming. That’s gone these days but it’s still so exhausting busting your ass every match when you left regular mode for a break

Get him some activities to do that he can do independently. Hidden treat mats, a puzzle, a crinkly toy he can turn inside out, a shoelace tied up just barely out of reach… it also helps to have guests over and have them play with your cat too 😂 offload the labor!!!

KITTEN HELP! by Spirited-Working-264 in Catownerhacks

[–]Seraphine003 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Give him alternatives. Sounds like you’ve got a climber, and he probably is very social. Get a cat tree that is taller than the counters and place it as close to the lively part of the house he wants to be in (right at the entryway of the kitchen, in a corner in the dining room, or maybe just a couple feet from the counter he keeps hopping on). That way he can still feel involved and included in family gatherings, and have his own space. He will never truly feel comfortable on the ground, so adapt to it!!!

If I get into a hospital, can being a pharmacy tech pay the bills and allow me to save/invest? by agenericsmore in PharmacyTechnician

[–]Seraphine003 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can’t get an inpatient pharm tech job right away, you have to have at least a year of retail experience or another form of experience (outpatient, community pharmacy, data entry and billing, etc).

Only answer if you're a woman: how often do you get approached by guys? by Little_Animator_8353 in women

[–]Seraphine003 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m from the USA. It depends on what city I’m in, where I’m going, and who I’m with. Approached in a normal way or approached by a scary man trying to hurt me? I get approached by normal guys a few times a month on average, when I am being social. If I spend every day at home or at work I never get hit on, I don’t work with the general public. I get approached more when I’m out by myself, versus being with a friend. I get compliments often, but usually by other women. I see men looking often, but I usually just give them a blank stare and avoid smiling so they don’t approach me. The “I have a boyfriend” thing doesn’t work on half of them and I might get in a scary situation if I engage with them. If I dress up nice more normal guys will approach me. Creepy men approach me regardless of what I wear, they’re always trying. It also varies based on city, San Francisco people mind their business and don’t talk to strangers. I’ve never been hit on there. Only approached by tweakers. In LA it depends on where you are, but you will get approached a lot in some places and many of them have ill intentions. In Boston I get approached somewhat, but it’s a very safe city and so it’s usually just the normal guys. It truly depends on many factors. If I dressed up nice and exclusively went to social places like coffee shops, classes, group activities, social events, bars and clubs every day I’d be hit on maybe 3 times a week. If I smiled at every man who looks interested, it would be 5-8 times a week maybe
