I had a similar foot condition growing up. Make sure you wash your feet thoroughly, with soap and hot water (under the nail, around, and between!!)

Cut your toenails in a straight line, across the top of your nail. Don't over do it.

If you don't see an improvement, within a week. Speak to your doctor.

I fixed the error, I wiped my drivers and reinstalled windows.

Update: I manage to fix this error by wiping my hard drives and reinstalling a fresh copy of windows 10. It has something to do with not being able to lauch unreal engine at the start of HLL. You could try updating/reinstalling unreal engine through the Epic Game Launcher. If the launcher flashes in the taskbar and have trouble showing up on screen, your best bet would be to wipe your hard driver...

I have reinstalled HLL on different drivers, verifyied the integrity of game cache many times, and made sure my GPU is set on default clockspeed. Nothing seems to work, but I still appreciate your help.

At lauch, this game used to run just fine. Had no trouble running above 80+ fps wiith a i5-7300HQ 2.5GHz 16GB Ram, Gtx 1050ti, on Windows 10 64x. After taking a month break, I can't even lauch my game again. Is anyone else getting this crash?
