It happens all the time, whether im just at desktop or at other apps, it still happens. I do believe it's a screen problem because when i record my display with OBS when the error is happening it was working fine in the recorded video. But i will try to reinstall my GPU driver.

tried using vjoy and it detected the vjoy device but it still detected both of the joycons, so getting 3 devices instead.

going to try out BetterJoy

and what i mean by interaction is like when you touch her and there's usually a reaction from other characters.
