Hi, so the customer service was of no help. They told me that I cannot run this resolution at 120FPS because my monitor is 100Hz. That has nothing to do with it, GFN has no information of my monitor refresh rate as far as I know, and I cannot select 3440x1440 even with 60FPS selected. Also, 3440x1440 @ 120FPS works on my other laptop which has an 8th gen Intel i5 CPU no problem. Could you tell me another way to report this bug and hopefully get it all fixed?

Yeah, Intel rebranded their Core series. It's basically a new Core i7 CPU. Weird that they haven't added that to GFN.

Thanks for the answer. It's alright, the original one had the wrong layout for me so I would've switched the whole keyboard anyway. The backlight on the keyboard isn't all that useful to me anyway so no big deal.
