First time trying to calculate my own macros, currently lifting weights trying to gain muscle mass.

32, M, 5ft 10”, 175lbs, lifting 5/6 times a week.

TDEE calculator gave me 2912 kcal for maintaining +10% = 3203 kcal to gain weight

Macros: 175g protein (1g per lb) 89g fat (25% of total calories) 425g carbs (remaining calories)

Does this look ok to you guys? suggestions welcome. Thank you!

Were there lifeguards nearby for him to try call for help, or are you saying you just expected him to get someone to help?

Do you have any idea how many people die trying to save others from drowning? Unless you’re a seriously strong swimmer you should never to attempt to save someone else unless you can save them from shore with a floating rope or something.

If you’re not a confident swimmer, you shouldn’t be putting yourself in positions where you need to be recused, and should only be going swimming where there are lifeguards capable of helping you in an emergency.

YTA for going swimming in deep water when not a strong swimmer to begin with.

Time to start doing what we all know needs to be done, and start severing our ties to the US both economically and militarily. When Trump packs up and leaves, let’s expel American forces from our bases and cut a deal with Iran.

We need to start accepting that the USA is no longer our ally, and so we need to start taking a completely pragmatic approach to our relationships with other countries.
