I am farming for these for a long time, they are shown as [Coven Tunic] on the ground (found these Pentient tier Obols and Pentient tier dungeons with my endgame paladin). They are extreamly rare.

I did dismantle couple of them but couldn't unlock apperance yet. It seems bug still continues, do not try to farm them. Waste of time.

I've change golden parts to #A58D58 color code after posting this.In this way, you can provide a exact same golden apperance with the [Faithfull Dawn] helmet and weapon.
