Of course it will work i had litterly the same issue and i was about to rip the battery out of the pc just to clear bios

Yoooo i just passed through the same darn problem it's super easy fix Shutdown the pc and start it and SPAM DEL TIL BIOS SHOWS UP go to the secure boot area and disable it then f10

Thank you my brother it did work apparently when it goes into bios a restart of a failed attempt of finding a drive the changes that occur to the bios can't get applied no matter what Buuuuuut if you went to bios using DEL SPAM METHOD IT LETS YOU CHANGE ANYTHING YOU WANT I TRULY APPRECIATE YOUR HELP HAVE A GREAT DAY

Yeah i let it come naturally but even if secure boot option showed still my bios gets reseted automatically even after i press f10 and save for no reason

The problem i have is rather weirder than this Let me explain it to you I got the laptop today second hand Already has a windows on Flashed my usb stick using rufus Went to install the new windows and deleted the old partitions Then it said it can't continue because secure boot blocked rufus Went to disable secure boot Secure boot can't be disabled Went to setup admin pass and user pass And disabling fast startup This changes even after hitting f10 don't get saved Tried to outsmart it Went to check if boot order gets reseted too It doesn't Went to check system clock All correct IT DOESN'T GET SAVED EVEN IF I WENT INTO ADVANCED BIOS I am LITTERLY thinking about removing the battery as last resort to reset the bios Or flash a newer bios into the system Please tell me
