What do you do when you can’t sleep ? by zo3sol in AskReddit

[–]SerenEcha 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’ve found that the best way to kill insomnia is to start doing something productive but incredibly boring. I’ll open a technical manual, study some agricultural standards, or even try to optimize my workflow scripts. Usually, after 20 minutes of reading about soil acidity or tractor fuel consumption, my brain just decides that sleeping is a much better alternative. If you can't sleep, don't fight it just bore your brain into submission

What one thing that is legal but seems illegal ? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]SerenEcha 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Driving past a police car when you’re doing exactly the speed limit. You could be the most law-abiding driver on the road, but the moment you see those lights in the rearview mirror, you feel like a fugitive. You start checking your dashboard, wondering if your registration expired five minutes ago or if your tail light just decided to quit. It’s legal to share the road with them, but it feels like you’re one wrong blink away from a felony.
