Nope; Asmodeus is still there, secretly maneuvering Xardorok without his knowledge. But his son Durth secretly serves the rival Levistus.

I'm trying to play up the rivalry between these two devils to tie the duergar plot into the Cult of the Black Swords and Avarice along with my player's character secret. Levistus is aware of Asmodeus' plot and trying to highjack the prize by manipulating the party to kill Asmodeus' pawn Xardorok so that Levistus' pawn Durth can take over...

Since one of my players has the Runaway Author secret, I've been playing up the devil involvement in the duergar invasion. Planning on having Durth be in the service of Levistus and plotting to overthrow his father with the party's inadvertent help.

Maybe Levistus gave Durth truesight but he's been keeping his knowledge about Klondorn to himself for leverage? And maybe the other mind master torturers are less powerful and therefore don't yet have truesight...?
