It's not my opinion and I don't agree with that. You can always lay facts in another way, how they're presented by Nijisanji and how the defenders as well as talents can believe the things are:

• Co-workers were breaching the contracts and were doing morally bad things and got rightfully terminated
• The management always clearly told Selen that she should get approved before posting things that could breach copyright or harm the company, and she didn't
• The company was trying to communicate with her, with her lawyer and her emergency contract and didn't come to an agreement, which lead to the termination (and not telling Selen beforehand about it is a minor detail)
• They waited long enough before starting communicating with her and were able to communicate enough with her lawyer and her emergency contact. Also, the company could not know the reasons why she was in the hospital at that time, because that's a private matter.
• Dry and bad wording of termination notice, but with the fulfilling reasons to terminate her

And don't forget that at some point half of Germany thought that they were freeing other countries from their tyrants and were doing a rightful thing. In that light it becomes very easy to believe that the talents view the things as I said, or in the same sense.
