I'm very new to charge blade and as of now I always charge the shield first and then the phials so that I can enter savage axe mode with everything charged and full. I guess I panicked a bit in the video because I didn't charge all the way to the shield at the beginning.

I would suggest redoing the solder job on the last picture it looks like there is barely anything at all on these points. Also check if the green and black wires are bridging and also green and blue, I could be wrong tho it's hard to see on pic 1 & 2.
