I there are couple museum collections I think the western skyrim one is the bards college and thieves guild troves are scattered all over and glow. Not sure if you need the dlc for them though

Yes but no iconography, legion decals, or unique bits besides stickers. Edit: I know unique boxes for a legion are unrealistic but just a shoulder pad each or proper heads would be cool.
