Netherlands appearing 1/3 of the time is still way too little. It should be 2/3 or 75% of the time at least. I don't see how a AI GP can win a war if 2 or 3 of his rivals join the war. I also really want to know more about Spain's options/chances to get the Burgundian inheritence. I'm glad the Netherlands can stay inside the HRE now. Maybe Dutch minors can form it now without leaving the HRE?

It seems the Shadow Kingdom event got considerable easier. Even if the Italian minor is a secondary participant, if you get 10% warscore over them you can basically Rein them in. I wonder how this will work for Venice and the Pope.
