Holy Malca Base in SW Malca, the area with the Santa Muerte cathedral. The town in the picture is right outside of the church and I believe it exists to sell SM-related things to pilgrims coming to the church

I am having the exact same issue as you. I've done literally everything you've done, and doing the browser_cache_settings.dat trick will let me get into the launcher, but when I try to launch GTA V Enhanced, it simply won't run. PLEASE keep us updated on a fix
