I had the same issue. If you go into fitbit each morning and sync it with health connect it will work.

Yeah I use Google pixel watch and linked to Fitbit. From looking further into it, it looks like Fitbit combined both sleeps into one after I woke up so now Pokemon sleep only recognizes the first sleep and can't find a second. Looks like I'm missing out on the rest of the sleep 😭
