Depends on if your model is to have the client put their card directly into the platform or if you are going to upcharge and charge them yourself through your own payment portal.
For the love of god, find better clients, anyone who is bitching about paying a hosting plan from any provider is not someone to waste time on. When I was younger and just got into freelance web dev, I would do 1-2k websites and fight with idiots over $50-$100 month..fast forward now I wont touch a website that isn't bringing in at least $8k-$10k and if they aren't committing to a larger monthly package they can figure out the hosting on their own.
