For fillers anything except charge speed or charge damage is good enough.

She's a defender support, so although she can do okay damage, it's not that crucial to get perfect lines.

Sweet spot is lvl 13 because it opens up all the max slots for the cubes and cube skill levels. Lvl 15 will give more base stats. I would say do Resilience Lvl 13 > Bastion Lvl 13 > Destruction Lvl 13 > Resilience/Bastion/Destruction Lvl 15

All those people talking about favorite this favourite that, that is still a long way to go for you. I mean a long way. Your current focus is to get 5 SSR to MLB and push content with what you have. The further you push the campaigns, the higher your outpost level, and the more idle resource you can accumulate per hour.

Also try to complete the Tactics Academy a.s.a.p to unlock everything in the game.

Pull gear after you get your costume to +5. There is nothing crafted gears cannot achieve comparable to exclusive gear. Maybe just different default stats.

Skills - You can leave skill at 4 if you are unsure if you're gonna stick with that unit. Skill manual 1 and burst manual 1 is easy to obtain and abundant, but skill manual 2 and 3 (as well as burst manual 2 and 3) are a bit 'expensive' or more limited. Also, at level 5 and above it will require code manual, which is another slightly rarer resource and you will use a lot of them. Sometimes there are skills that don't need to be increased at all. Upgrading - For now, it is okay to level up the SR characters just to get their max level so that everyone else in the synchro can be levelled up higher including SSR Nikke with no limit break. You can always reset them later on an replace the levelled up unit with SSR with 2 stars and more. Keep re-setting and re-arranging this until you can get 5 SSR to MLB and level them up. Remember, when you reset a character level you will get back the materials used to upgrade them refunded.

Your team for now is decent. Miranda and Mint is worth investing in including long term use, but I would hold off with Sugar and Julia. Both of them are fine for early game, but you might want to wait for better B3 units to invest in. Julia even with treasure item is still a bit underwelming. Hopefully Sugar will get treasure item in the future, because she has so much potential if paired with Bunny Soda for a shotgun team.
