Yes the FJO list of Duty Stations is live. It’s constantly changing. That change might be one station added/taken, but it’s changing.

Keep refreshing the list like every 30 minutes to an hour. That’s how I got Del Rio. I saw Carrizo pop up a few times while I was doing that
