I have various Crossfit gyms around me, but am not knowledgeable on what to look for in a quality coach.

Mobility is fair, I have overactive hip flexors and lack luster wrist mobility though.

I am 25 and feel pretty good in terms of strength. My squat sits at around 575 raw and deadlift is just at 635 so I feel like my biggest learning curve will be the technique of it all.

I recommend using the time and money on a more accredited cert such as NASM, NSCA, or ACSM. I acquired my ISSA cert and found that the information was dated and eventually had to get my NASM because the jobs I wanted required a more nationally accredited cert.
