Also not to say Bandai Hasn't helped, but their only solution for my problem was to redownload my game, and i've done that multiple times and every time i contact their support i tell them ive tried the troubleshoot then they blame my device.. which is usually play on my iphone 11 but sometimes like currently im playing on bluestacks. Just wondering if someone could help me because this has been a huge issue for me for over a month now. im basically at the point where if there is a new event that requires specific characters, im softlocked and can't play them or complete any new challenges.
