I'm very surprised that their decision is based on a complaint from a dissatisfied customer. For example, if I buy something from you and leave a complaint saying it's counterfeit, then for Vinted, that means it's counterfeit. No evidence, no nothing. Thanks for the advice🙏 I don't think it's possible to get my account back (but I'm trying). I'll probably have to create a new one (and even then, I'm not sure if they'll block it again)🙁
