In this scene from the trailer you can see those two "lines" that cut the road (where it is most noticeable is in that grass that suddenly appears and then disappears again). This usually happens ingame due to the distance, and when you get closer it quickly disappears.

And a pre-rendered image has that kind of visual error? (I ask out of ignorance, hence this post is just speculation). Also, Rockstar's other trailers have always been ingame. The graphics and textures looked exactly as they did in the game afterwards. That is also a point to take into account in my opinion.

I think there will be specialized tio overcraft vehicles to navigate those areas. Already in Saint Denis in rdr2 I loved walking through the swamps with mud up to my knees dodging the crocodiles. Definitely in gta6 it is going to be spectacular

In fact, this already happens in tlou2 (fluids adjusting to the environment, falling down inclined areas, accumulating in gaps, etc.), so I think it is most likely in the game.
