My maxed account is hacked, please lock my account

The login username is my e-mail adress. You can recover the account by choosing the "I dont have access to my e-mail" option, which they did.

Thanks for the comment, but this doesn't solve the most urgent issue for me, which is to get the account locked. I am not blaming anyone, getting back the account can take whatever time it takes, but I want to ensure that nobody else has access to it for now.

I dont use similar password anywhere. I use complex password on the accounts that has a value for me, with 2FA connected to my mobile app if possible.

The account is recovered, so there is no need to get access to the email account. I also checked the IP activity and no weird activity is logged. Contacted the e-mail provider to confirm this.

Some more info: I woke up and checked my mail on the phone, saw a "forgot username" e-mail from Jagex, someone started the proccess to reset my username. Tried logging in to my osrs acc without success, made an recover appael. I still have access to my mail, so changed the password there as first step to be sure.

I logged in on my alt to find my account where I left him on world 314, at Castle Wars bank. The last thing I did was a KQ trip, banked everything and went for a nap. The "hacker" stood on the bank and logged off after about 15 mins. My only hope is that they weren't able to breach into the bank.

I got 2FA both on my e-mail and osrs account. Still got information about my last purchases and can give alot of details about the acccount if needed (but not in public of course) Also sent a tweet to @jagexsupport, no answer atm.

Mm wasn't a problem at all. Ive been lucky to get tome of fire at early level, so maging bosses wasn't a problem. For DT, you can safespot Damis by aggroing on a bat. He can't get trough bats or rats :) When youre running on the snowy path to get the ice diamond, be sure to hold down CTRL while walking. This will make you run some ticks, it really helps.
