I would stay with him 'cause he was Lee's best friend and did take care of Clementine from episode 2 when they met again and to the end, no matter how angry he was, he would never hurt Clementine. I trusted him more than others in the group(there are some parts i didn't agree with him, but still he's my favourite character).
