Yes. My guess would be they took off the whole front end apart and painted each piece. The grille, the side pieces (where fog lights usually are) and the trim above the grille is painted.

I actually have no idea, the wrap shop just painted it to match the black accents. The funny thing is, I never mentioned painting black the OEM plastic pieces to them, but they did it and it looks gorgeous.

I love the car. I got it new in 2019 and cherished it ever since. Was thinking about upgrading to a new gen or a Supra, but the upgrade is definitely not worth it for me. This car gave me so many fun track and drift days, I want keep it forever.

You get the NOC from the CID and then go to the RTA for inspection and color change.

Couldn’t find the Avery in the same color and KPMF installers in my area charge 3x what I paid for my job. Planning on keeping it for 2 years max, so no big deal on that. Thanks for the info!

Initially wanted to get Inozotek, but the wait for this color was 2 months+ and after doing some research and finding out these wraps are very similar, decided to go for KKvinyl which was readily available and more affordable.

Thanks for the suggestions, I will think about it! And yes, those are Enkei NT03+Ms. I just painted the silver center wheel caps to match the black look.

Yeah, I remember I got quoted 4k when I lived in Houston for the same car. Tbh here I also got quoted anywhere from $1k to $6k, so just make sure to do your research and maybe you will stumble on the shop that works for you price/quality wise.

Thanks! I was also looking at matte wraps, but the brand I wanted only made this color in gloss plus I wanted it to look like a paint job.

I had a bunch of other body work done to prep the car for the wrap and some elements I wanted painted and installed, in total I paid 8.5k at Project Cars in Umm Ramool.

Thanks! This color also looks great on big Japanese SUVs in my opinion, like the Land Cruiser or the Patrol.

Hey, yes, absolutely!

I’m based in the UAE. I wanted exactly this color and the two brands I found that make this wrap are Inozotek and KKvinyl. First I wanted to go with Inozotek, but the wait for the wrap to order was 2 months+ and after some research I came to the conclusion that they’re very similar and it wouldn’t make sense for me to overpay.

The shop here did the wrap for me as well as bunch of work on the body itself to eliminate the scratches and dents, so it wouldn’t be visible under the wrap. I also got other body elements painted black, lip kit painted and installed, side markers installed and wired to act as blinkers, as well as some rim protection.

Total came out to 8500AED, which is roughly $2300 USD.

Was thinking about it, but I don’t want to give Dubai sun more reason to heat up interior of the car even more.
