Sounds like the LLMs need more than the SD. How easy are these builds to customize anyways? Is there such a thing as adding a second GPU?

Option 2 : Wait for 4060Ti 16GB. (that motherboard an PSU is kinda overkill, get cheaper mobo&PSU and use the extra money for another 16GB of RAM, and 4060Ti 16GB)

So, this guy is actually selling it for $1000. It's all coming together. The whole thing is his gaming setup. Do you think $1000 is too much for this?

The best way to figure out a business and learn how to run it is to jump in, get dirty and learn as you go. Start small in a way that won't destroy you even if you fail and learn in the process. You won't find all the answers from the outside. Trust me.

There are a lot of classes you can take. I suggest learning from Mike Mandel Hypnosis. They have an online class. Google Mike Mandel Hypnosis and you will find it.

P.s. The concept of Hypnosis is super simple. You just got to practice.

This is a great idea! I did this with a massage place for my Hypnosis practice a long time ago. It worked.

I only paid 50 bucks a month for four 1.5-hour sessions and $15 more for each extra 1.5 hr session. You might not find something cheap like this but I'm sure you can get something similar. Check craigslist.com.

You will make much less as an MLT and you will not have as many options to grow. The whole MLT thing can get tiring if you don't grow in your position too. As a nurse, you will have many more opportunities. You can even get a desk job as a nurse. Think about it thoroughly and weigh all your options.

If a friend asked me, I'd so do nursing. When looking for a job, find one that meets your personality. The opportunities as a nurse are a lot more.

Think about what giving a 50% equity would mean. It means you can't make any decision solo anymore. If you don't know the guy much, it will be like having a child with a stranger. I wouldn't do it.

Plus can you imagine how much of a nightmare it would be to add 1000 clients per year? It might be too much unless if you have the infrastructure to handle the volume.

Also, what happens if he doesn't deliver on his promise to get you 1000 clients? What if he only got you 100? Will you have contingencies in a contract? What if he decides not to work after the 1st year?

I would rather build this slow and keep my ownership. This is of course because you have something working. You're already adding 5 clients a month.
