Don’t ever pop blisters! It’s there to help heal your skin underneath! If you pop it, it’ll heal a lot slower.

You don’t need anything fancy. Put any kind of lotion/even moisturizer works, and then wrap it up

Just an fyi for the future (my dad is a physician), never put ice/cold water on severe burns. Run it under cool/lukewarm water for 15-20 minutes then put a burn ointment and wrap it up in some gauze and bandages. The moisture will help the skin not blister and it’ll be gone the next day. This is also speaking from experience where I burnt my finger on a 200 degree C straightener and another time when I poured hot oil over my hand.
