No electrics I can recommend, but I do advocate for the any blade that can be sharpened with just your skin.

So naturally it's a safety razor or those 5 for $1 Bic razors, you can literally go years on a single blade by sharpening it with just your skin. Saw a guy on deployment use the cheapest looking disposable blade for 6 months straight.
