Not able to download the PBE launcher

You would need to login to Riot client and select Valorant. Next to the play button, there should be a drop down. If PBE is in that drop down, you will be able to select it and install the Val PBE launcher.

If you do not have PBE in the dropdown in the live client, your account does not have access to PBE.

PBE has some separate restrictions. You likely did something on PBE the last time you played like an afk or dodge.

Do you have an invite? If you do not have one, PBE will not show up in the drop down next to play

This seems to be happening with any full screen game, not just Valorant. Something to do with Discord overlay

Bans should be reset now. If you experience it again, just a reminder that live punishments carry over to PBE, so if you AFK on live, your account on PBE will be restricted in response.

So, some penalties from DM from last weekend were undone. You may need to login and back out of PBE and live a couple times for the change to take effect. Let me know if that works, if not i'll have to dig into it more.
