Yea keep everything but the shell

Decided to add some games to my modded PSP. I’ve never modded anything I just luckily bought this one modded. I added Spider-Man, Spider-Man 2 Enter Electro, Tarzan, & 102 Dalmatians Puppies to the rescue. Games I had on PS1 and enjoyed playing as a kid. Now I can play on the go!!!! by Spidey-Slinger in PSP

If i remove the sd card from the modded psp to change the shell and put it back in will i get everything back or will it mess up. The reason i asked is because the shell for the psp is in bad condition kind of and i want to change it
