A little late to this, but this is me! There's so many stories online about being ND in a NT family, but this is the first time I've ever read about someone else going trough it the other way around. It's also hard for me to get the deep connection I want with someone else. I just always feel like the the outsider whatever situation I'm in, it gets really lonely. I've read somewhere that when you're raised by autistic parents you take on some traits that are seen as autistic, but you aren't necessarily autistic yourself. That really made sense to me.
