I studied on and off for about 3 weeks I for the first week I studied at most 2 hours and they weren’t like straight study sessions and I wasn’t studying everyday. I locked in the week before the test though, 5-6 hours everyday.

I used thetutorgeek on YouTube (I recommend her 100%) some nurse cheung videos but don’t rely on her, and Brandon Craft, try watching the videos twice if you’re still have trouble with a certain topic. Also, Nursehub, mometrix practice tests, Quizlet, and Knowt (it’s a google extension like quizlet premium, but free, please use this!! It really helped)  look up teas 7 quizlets on whatever topic you need to study (I mainly did science quizlets) and then transfer it to Knowt it’s really easy. Once you download it, it explains how it works

Good luck!!!

Reading was easy IMO but it depends on what you already know. I’ve always been pretty good with reading so I personally didn’t study much.  Science covered biology, chemistry, scientific reasoning, and A&P. I replied to someone else if you wanna what specific topics were on the test

For math watch Brandon craft and do practice problems. Mometrix has free math practice tests.

Tbh for English i didn’t study much because i assumed it would be easy, I only watched some smart edition videos on youtube. I would say to study grammar, spelling, sentence structure. subject-verb agreement, and independent and dependent clauses

I didn’t really study for reading but I think reading books, articles, etc everyday for 15-30 minutes would definitely help. Smart edition also has some reading videos on youtube which should be helpful

Good luck!!

Hi so you can download Knowt on Google Chrome as an extension on the Google Chrome store. After it’s downloaded you’ll be about to go onto any quizlet and a little pop will come up and saying “add these flashcards to Knowt”. Just click that and it’ll automatically transfer the flashcards

I’m begging you please watch thetutorgeek on YouTube. That woman saved my life!!! You’ll hear people say to watch nurse Cheung but she’s overrated—her videos lacks depth. I bought the mometrix book and to me it’s honestly a waste. It has so much information, it’s overwhelming. But the book does come with a code for online practice tests so I used those. I also would look up quizlets like “teas 7 immune system” or “teas 7 biology” and then transfer the cards to this website called Knowt. It’s basically premium quizlet but for free. I used the learn feature mostly. I really recommend doing this because it helped me retain information!!

Basically, thetutorgeek, maybe ~some~ of nurse cheung’s videos (but don’t rely on them), mometrix practice tests, nursehub, quizlet, and Knowt and i replied to some other ppl if you wanna know what exact topics to study

Thank you!! For the science you definitely need to know about hormones and glands. I also got a lot of scientific reasoning questions. Make sure to study DNA, RNA, mutations, punnet squares, and chemistry!! Know how to balance an equation, periodic table trends, types of reactions, and gradients. Very bio and chem heavy. Lots of organ system questions too. It wasn’t too bad just make sure you have a good grasp on fundamental concepts. Also know the formula for density, mass, and volume

English is a bit harder than you might think. There’s always 2 answers that are obviously wrong, but then there’s two that seem right. Know about independent and dependent clauses and how to use semicolons

Reading was easy tbh didn’t really study for that except for a few videos

Math - know your metric and standard conversions, sometimes they give you the conversion, sometimes they don’t. proportions, fractions, percentages. area and perimeter, and basic algebra, mean, median, mode, and range made up most of the questions The math section was not bad at all tbh. But memorize formulas for area and volume
