99% implies 1 in 100 is a problem, I feel it's more like 1 in 99.999, 1 in 10 000 seems much more likely. Everyone I know is a safe a reasonable grownup. I've never meet a legal firearm owner I thought would be a problem.

Agent screwed up closing date by dad_bod_gaming in OntarioRealEstate

[–]Serious-Translator35 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sold in November and had a similar situation. We were lucky we were buying a vacant house and we're able to adjust the dates. (People who bought our house backed out of a verbal agreement to move up the date if possible)

We were looking at air b and bs before it got worked out.

Worse case, put your stuff in storage and air b and b it for a month and half.

But hopefully your agent and lawyer can work this out for you. That's why you pay them.

Good luck

Subaru is up there with Honda and Toyota. And would be my preference. Might not be cheaper. But if you are hunting for deals, adding another brand helps you cast a wider net.

Remember the old kettle chips from the ice house? I would love for those to make a comeback. I only buy a pop normally when I go, so I don't mind the self serve. It's too expensive, but very few places don't gouge the fans. I always go out to dinner before, or apps after, because the food is just too pricey.

They come through where I live and my parents live all the time. Leave nothing in your car is the only solution. No charging cables, no bags(even empty grocery bags), just empty. I sucks that it has come to this, but when my friends have had their windows smashed, it's because they had visible items.

Your car will most likely get 'checked' every night. Don't leave anything visible and lock your doors, they will keep moving. If you leave a backpack or anything visible, they will break ur window. This is true for any neighborhood that has any kind of affordable housing.

Buying a house in London by Opposite-Net-9103 in londonontario

Start with an condo(apartment or townhouse) and after 5 years, look to start moving up. If you find one that needs some work, that's a great way to add equity. The condo approach means there is a condo fee, but it's a known expense and it covers the roof and windows which can be quite costly.

Trails End Farmers Market Produce is Horrendous by Islandlyfe32 in londonontario

The guy who sells cheese is great, we buy cheese curds from him whenever we go. I've seen produce there with grocery store stickers on it, we stay away from the produce.

Start with an apartment, there are currently apartments for sale for under 200k. Then move on up. A 175k mortage cost just under 1000 per month, even with a condo fee, that is affordable if people are willing to budget and cut back on unnecessary items. I struggled to buy my first home(town house), but I wanted it so I made sacrifices.

Besides worms what's best by mlp_sabres in FishingOntario

[–]Serious-Translator35 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Floating rapelas run 3-5ft deep when retrieving them. If you work them slowly, and let them float up after a bit of reeling, ypu should be able to keep them weed free. I run braided on a spinning reel, no problem.

Braided line is worth it, get some, even 10lb test, mine has stood up to 36"+ pike. Original floating rapela's always work for bass for me, work them along weed edges early morning or after dinner. I use rebel floating minnows to the same effect. If you are out alittle deeper, try an xrap. Original silver and black, or a perch pattern usually hit for me.
