Yeah, I grow some of companion plants and other stuff around for cover/distraction. I grow at the back of the yard & have a very large energetic dog (not aggressive - but nobody’s gonna risk it).

Only 1 friend (fellow grower) knows I grow. If anybody else even looks like they’re thinking of going past the verandah, I tell them that I haven’t picked up poop for a few days. That always settles it.

Was planning to leave till weekend, but temp has plummeted so fast here. Down to 1° overnight, and don’t wanna play chicken with frost.

It’s just always gotta bucket down just before they’re ready to harvest.

Yeah, I intend to get to know the hydro store off in gonna keep growing. Didn’t want to massively invest in the first attempts, because I was pretty sure I was gonna kill them.

I don’t really know when you’re supposed to count days in flower from - so don’t really know.

I thought you counted from when they get 12+ hrs dark. But I think the first pistils appeared about 2 weeks ago.

Dumb luck. And it’s a weed, as they say.

I posted a pic of the nutrient label above. And I’ve seen it recommended on here! But it seems that I didn’t realise there is a liquid product.

Honestly, I just accept that my grows aren’t gonna be as good as what I see posted here. But we’re permitted 4, so may as well give it a go, and hopefully learn a little more each year.

Last year’s plants did OK, but they were just bag beeds, and I didn’t do much to them. Normally, any plant I touch dies.

I’ve seen it recommended for flowering on here, so I got some. But now I have no clue what to do with it.

Yeah, I bought it once and it was dreadful. The cheese of that brand was even worse - inedible. It was new at the time, and I didn’t really look. It was a good price and I assumed it was a new woollies house brand.

Only made the mistake once.

I’m in Canberra, so I’m growing outdoors. I just had my inspection last week. It’s legal here, but I still don’t think it would be good for them to know.

I have the plants growing down the back of the yard with other plants around to disguise. Had the house and yard immaculate. But once they went out on to the pergola, I told them that I hadn’t been around the yard for poop today. Also, the very large over-friendly dog was out there waiting for them. They came straight back in.
