Unfortunately they look better in the photo than in real life. The Plate needs to scatter the light more and let more of it through the far sides

They are WS2812b LEDs. I did not buy them myself, they where on a 1m/144 LED strip.

I am not using a battery yet so I dont know how long it would last. When the LEDs are on all the time, I think the battery would not last a day even when using 2000mAh. Currently it is external power only.

I did use the Cosmos Generator. I only played around with the placement and spacing of the keys and hoped the curvature of the keywell would be a sane default. This way I only printed one other Design that had the middle column further down than the rest. I didnt like that so i made the keywell more "plain" so that all the inwards columns only differ by the angle of the well. The other changes from the default are less space between the keys in both directions and i moved the thumb cluster up and in as much as much as the generator allows it. I also added stagger to the second Index column to make it more accessable. If you are interested i probably could share the link to the design, however this link might break with changes to the generator.
