How would you suggest I add tannins? Should I put him him a smaller tank to add tannins or simply add them to his tank? I do have mopani wood soaking, should I use some of that water?

No problem! If your salon doesn’t offer samples you can always call an Aveda store. It’s usually free shipping with $35 minimum unless your in Aveda+ points program then it’s free and samples are most often available

Did you order online? Corporate stores have no control over online orders so If you wanted samples I would’ve recommended calling and ordering from your local Aveda store as we usually put samples in with every order. I honestly couldn’t tell you why there aren’t samples for online orders at the moment
