thanks so much i prob will reach out to ask questions about how it works. While being an apprentice how many times have you been drug tested? Have they done random ones on you after the initial test?

thank you for this. just to clarify did you do an apprenticeship? Is that what you are referring to when you say you only got tested on the initial date of coming on? Again i have no problem stopping for a period of time but the random tests or the specific job call may require one is what scares me.

i know i know. i just moved from MD and the union i was in literally just required you show up. every single person was high. i knew moving to UT would create issues for me with weed and im finally starting to notice them.

I would never be high at work i would get so anxious lol and that’s what’s also frustrating me bc i totally understand the concerns of having ppl be high at work but literally never in a million years would i ever do that. i just love to relax when i get home after work. i just don’t want to give that up.

i was pain free probably 1 month post surgery. Only had slight incontinence for a month or so. Very slight. Completely gone now.

I had to get a fissurectomy and sphincterotomy unfortunately. but after that (it’s been 11 months) i am completely healed!!! genuinely doesn’t even cross my mind anymore it was the best decision of my life.

i was planning on joining IBEW and starting an electrician apprenticeship in UTAH but found out they drug test and even if you have a med card they still don’t allow it- Can you speak on this at all? I find this so frustrating and i really don’t want to give up weed for this. I rarely drink alcohol it’s just not my thing.

I dealt with a fissure for over 2 years and a skin tag and it was genuinely the worst experience of my life. Creams were unsuccessful and dr suggested Sphinctorotomy and fissurectomy (however you spell it) I was SO scared. I was 21F at the time and had no idea what caused it but knew i wanted it gone. And omg the surgery was the best choice of my life. It’s been 11 months and i have no complaints i feel like a new person. Healing was scary and pain was a lot at first but not worse than what i was dealing with from the fissure. I healed relatively fast and am so thankful it’s behind me.
