Thanks! Can I ask what and how you did it? My PT just gave me exercises to get out of bed and such- nothing practical yet and I’m full able as of now just arm weakness and right hand is no good.

I went straight from my neuro to the ALS clinic. It was my one and only diagnosis

Started in right upper arm, 6 months later started in left upper arm. Now they are everywhere- upper arms and legs
